Whatever you’re comfortable in! For Swedish massage you can be as disrobed as you’re comfortable with. You will be draped with a sheet and blanket, and only one part of your body will be uncovered at a time, maintaining full modesty. For Stretch massages, I recommend gym clothes so that you can move in them, and you can feel secure during the stretches

I use grapeseed oil, which is very close to our on natural skin oils. This makes the oil easily absorbed into the skin after the massage, and is very soothing. There is no scent and the oil is one ingredient, which cuts down on allergies

Great question! If you do have an allergy to grapeseed oil, please let me know ahead of time when you book your appointment. We can find an alternative, such as you bringing a lotion or oil you know works for you, or me finding an alternative emollient. And there’s always an option of a dry massage, where I would do more trigger point work on the muscles!

Sort of! While I did learn Thai techniques in massage school, I’m not as comfortable with those techniques, so I approach it as more of a sports sretch massage. The stretches each are held for about 90 seconds to allow the muscles to have the full benefit of the stretch. It will feel strange to have someone else stretching you, but it is very relaxing!
